Hi my name is Raquel, and I am the Captain of AL5STROΣMΣRiA. As an outgoing, independent, and academically driven young woman from the City by the Bay, I came to Davis seeking adventure, success, and a community that I could call my home away from home. Leaving my large, tight-knit family (6 siblings) back home was not an easy adjustment, and I worried I wouldn't find a place I belonged. But after much searching, I found a loving sisterhood that welcomed me with open arms. My Radiant Sisters keep me grounded in my education and encourage me to be the best version of myself. I've grown into a passionate, adventure seeking, and RADIANT unicorn! I have so much love for my peaches!
